Usage tips
From age 15 and up. Take 1 tablet at night, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime, with a glass of water. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store at a temperature between 15 and 25ºC. SUITABLE FOR VEGANS.
