ARKOSONO Melatonin is a solution to help with occasional sleep problems. Its convenient drop format makes it easy to administer directly into the mouth, or diluted in a drink, 30 minutes before bedtime. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, both at the beginning of the night and in cases of nighttime awakenings. This effect is achieved by taking 1mg of melatonin before going to bed or waking up during the night.

Take 4 drops of Arkosono Melatonin 30 minutes before bedtime, directly into the mouth or diluted in non-alcoholic beverages. Clean the sides of the dropper well against the rim of the bottle before administering the product to allow for accurate application of the recommended dose. Do not allow the dropper to come into contact with your mouth/tongue. If this occurs, rinse and dry thoroughly before reinserting it into the bottle. For temporary use only. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking antidepressants, do not use this supplement before consulting a doctor. Do not combine with hypnotics or other sedatives. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from direct light and heat. Once opened, consume within 6 months.
