Occasional stress (exams, overwork, etc.): 3 tablets per day (2 in the morning and 1 at midday). Periods of stress: 2 tablets per day in the morning. Take with a large glass of water in 1 or 2 doses. Do not take after 5 PM. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components of the formulation. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
