Take 2 capsules daily at breakfast with a large glass of water. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, nor for simultaneous use with anticoagulants, anticancer drugs, or immunosuppressants. Not advisable in cases of impaired liver or biliary function, or gallstones. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
