Adults: 4 to 5 applications per day, in each nostril, for up to 30 days, or as directed by a doctor. Children: 2 to 3 applications per day, in each nostril, for up to 30 days, or as directed by a doctor. Wash your hands before applying. Carefully place a small amount of gel into your nostril. Gently massage the outside of the nostril to distribute the gel evenly.
