Apply generously to dry or wet skin half an hour before sun exposure, maintaining a maximum distance of 5cm from the skin. Spread the product evenly until fully absorbed. Reapply every 2 hours to both wet and dry skin. Reducing the amount applied or not shaking the product sufficiently reduces the protection factor. Reapply after sweating, swimming, or drying with a towel.
