Take 1 tablet daily, at breakfast, with a large glass of water. It is recommended to take it for at least 3 months. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are being treated for diabetes, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not take if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
