For 5 days: 1 capsule from each blister pack (1 capsule of red cranberry + heather and 1 capsule of essential oils), twice a day (morning and night), with meals and a large glass of water. PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, in people with a history of seizures, epilepsy, or with allergies to essential oils. If you are being treated with vitamin K antagonist anticoagulants, consult your doctor first. Prolonged consumption of red cranberry is not recommended for people with kidney stones.
