ARKOMAG® combines *Magnesium of marine origin and Vitamin B6, which contribute to:

Children aged 6 to 17 years: 1 capsule daily. From age 18 onwards: 2 capsules per day. Take with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not take if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients. Store away from heat and moisture.
