Take 1 ampoule daily with a meal. The product can be taken several times a year. Considering its concentration, it is advisable to dilute the ampoule in half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml). Due to the natural nature of the product, a slight sediment may appear. Therefore, it is advisable to shake the ampoule before use. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor by children under 18 years of age. You should not take it if you have already consumed other products containing green tea on the same day. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not take if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients. Do not consume a daily quantity equal to or greater than 800mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Each ampoule of STEP 3 contains approximately 3mg of EGCG. The ampoules of STEP 2 and 3 contain caffeine, 10 mg and 15 mg per ampoule, respectively. The STEP 3 ampoule is not recommended for people allergic to salicylates. If you are taking anticoagulants, consult your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Max.) per ampoule] – Concentrated plum juice (Prunus domestica L.) – Concentrated organic apple juice (Malus domestica Borkh.).
