Apply before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming or drying off and sweating. Apply generously (for example, 2 large portions of product on one arm). A smaller quantity will decrease the level of protection. Don't stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen. Too much sun is dangerous. Remember: Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Avoid sun exposure between 11 am and 4 pm. Wear protective clothing (hats, goggles, t-shirt). Avoid contact with eyes. If the products come into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly.
