Apply before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming or drying off and sweating. Before sun exposure, apply generously (for example, an average of 7 sprays on an adult's forearm). A smaller quantity will decrease the level of protection. Don't stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen. Too much sun is dangerous. Remember: Do not expose babies and young children to the sun. Avoid sun exposure between 11 am and 4 pm. Wear protective clothing (hats, goggles, t-shirt). Do not inhale. Do not spray towards the eyes.
