Apply generously and evenly before sun exposure. Applying too little significantly reduces the level of protection. A sunscreen product never provides complete protection. You should reapply the product frequently, especially after sweating, swimming, or drying with a towel. Avoid sun exposure between 12 pm and 4 pm, as this is when the rays are strongest.
