On the body, gently glide the roll-on over clean, dry skin (chest, legs, etc.), focusing on the driest areas and/or those prone to stretch marks. For hair, apply the roll-on to the palm of your hand, lightly spread the oil between your palms, and apply to the lengths and ends.
