Shake for 5 seconds to ensure the two phases of the product are properly mixed before application. Apply generously to dry skin half an hour before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after sweating, swimming, or towel drying. Reducing the amount applied or not shaking the product sufficiently reduces the protection factor. Do not spray on the face.
