External use only. Do not ingest. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. In some cases, a change in taste and a burning sensation on the tongue may occur, which usually decreases with continued use of the product. Do not use if you have shown a hypersensitivity reaction to chlorhexidine. These reactions are extremely rare. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in Bexident® Gums Adjunctive Treatment. After prolonged use and contact with certain beverages and foods such as red wine and coffee, and also with tobacco, discoloration of teeth and restorations may occur; this discoloration is not permanent and can be removed with prophylaxis at the dental clinic. Consult the instructions for use.
