Use 10 ml, 3-4 times a day. Rinse your mouth for at least 1 minute, allowing the product to come into contact with the entire oral cavity. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after application. Use the product until symptoms disappear. Do not use if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, such as limonene.
