PREPARATION METHOD: Pour 160 ml of hot or cold milk into a plate or bowl. Add 6 heaping tablespoons (30g) of NESTUM® and stir well. Your NESTUM® is ready to eat and is delicious! Heat in a double boiler or microwave. Stir well and check the temperature before giving it to the baby. Do not offer the meal to the baby directly from the jar; place the desired amount in a suitable container. Do not use a metal spoon. Do not add salt. Consume only if you hear a "pop" sound when opening and if the jar and lid are not damaged.
