Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably in the morning. Anti-hair loss action: 2 capsules daily for 4 months. Strengthening action for nails: 2 capsules daily for 2 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet, which should be maintained. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components of the formulation. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
