Arkosono® FLEXI-DOSIS consists of sublingual tablets containing mini doses of Melatonin and Poppy, offering a solution for sleep problems, personalized to the specific needs of each individual. The formula, based on Poppy, which contributes to relaxation and sleep, is reinforced with 0.5mg of Melatonin per tablet. You can adjust the intake between 1 and 3 tablets, depending on your needs and lifestyle (time difference, difficulty falling asleep, night awakenings). The mini tablets are very practical because they dissolve under the tongue, allowing for immediate absorption of the active ingredients and promoting rapid action.

Jet lag: The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of Melatonin, equivalent to 1 sublingual tablet shortly before bedtime, on the first day of the trip and for a few days after arrival at your destination. Sleep: 1 sublingual tablet before bedtime or during the night. Up to 3 tablets can be taken depending on the need. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, nor for children and adolescents. If you are under medical treatment with antidepressants, hypnotics or other sedatives, consult your doctor. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25ºC, protected from light and moisture.
