Usage tips

Take 1 capsule daily with dinner and a glass of water. Do not consume during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you are under 18 or over 70 years of age. If you have any health problems, consult your doctor before consuming this product. Do not consume in combination with cholesterol-lowering medications. Do not consume if you already consume products containing red yeast rice. Daily intake should not exceed 3 mg of monacolins.
