As a MOISTURIZER for vulvovaginal dryness or as a HEALING ADJUVANT: Internal use: 1 application 2 to 3 times a week until symptoms subside, for a maximum of five weeks. Treatment can be repeated if necessary, leaving a break of at least 1 week between each treatment. Externally: Apply a small amount 1 or 2 times a day, massaging the intimate area. As a LUBRICANT: If necessary, occasionally apply 1 amount, with or without an applicator, at the time of sexual intercourse (or before for greater discretion). A small amount can be applied to the condom.
