1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the baby's food and make sure all utensils are properly washed. 2. Use 120ml of breast milk or prepare 120ml of the baby's usual formula. 3. Add 25g or 4/5 level tablespoons of CERELAC. 4. Stir with a fork until you obtain a smooth porridge. Feed immediately to the baby using a clean spoon. Store in a cool, dry place.
